Shipping Information
Our albums, guest books, journals and frames are custom made for you once you order. This policy ensures your purchase is uniquely yours and distinguishes your Kozo Arts items as truly one of a kind. Most items are produced and shipped within two weeks of your order.
Orders are shipped via DHL and arrive within 5-7 days after leaving our San Francisco facility. If you have any need for faster service, please drop a comment to us in the comments area of your shopping bag or feel free to call 415-351-2114 between 10am and 6pm Pacific Standard Time.
